Important information for EU & Overseas customers & postal delays.
REPUBLIC OF IRELAND CUSTOMERS:
Please note that due to ongoing serious problems with AN Post in ROI since July we are now stopping all deliveries to ROI with immediate effect. We will not restart these deliveries until we are assured the AN Post issues are resolved. However if you want to buy a large order we can try sending with fedex but the minimum courier fee will be around £43. If you have already purchased and your item is not yet posted or if it has been posted and AN post say they are returning it to us in the tracking, we will refund you. We are very sorry about this but sadly this situation is presently out of our control. Updated 21.9.21
Ordering under Euro150 in value:
Due to VAT changes resulting from Brexit and imposed on 1st July 2021 we have decided to STOP ALL DIRECT SALES (though this website, by email and phone) UNDER VALUE OF EURO150 to all EU countries.
Easier for you and us: These marketplaces apply the new vat in checkout that is due on import into your country. They then take the responsibility of paying your country the vat. As such this should be a smoother and quicker process through customs for you.
There may still be other fees applied by your country’s customs and sought from you by the postal carrier on import but as these changes are so new, we are not yet certain if there are further custom’s fees when going through these marketplaces for purchase value under Euro150. If there are these will be your responsibility to pay. As this becomes clearer we certainly will update the information on this page.
Ordering over Euro150 in value:
You can still order from us direct for purchases over Euro150 by phone +44 (0)1892783240 or by Email: email@example.com as well as on the marketplaces, however the customs default system is used: Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) -which means that your country's VAT will be your responsibility to pay on import of the parcel whatever its value. The postal carrier will seek to collect this from you with any customs due on import before delivery.
CUSTOMERS FROM OUTSIDE UK AND EU:
If you are buying from outside the UK and EU you can still buy Camrosa products direct through this website, by phone or email, but please note that the default customs system is unchanged: DDU applies (see above for explanation).
If buying in bulk from UK, EU and other countries please contact us by phone +44 (0)1892783240 or by Email: firstname.lastname@example.org for quantity discounts but again note that again DDU (see above for explanation) will apply for all exports to EU and other countries.
OTHER GENERAL POSTAL DELAYS:
Delays are being experienced for international parcels due to the multiple changes recently resulting from BREXIT. Your parcel maybe delivered later than initially expected. We are very sorry for this but it is outside our control.
Please allow for at least our normal estimated delivery times. If the order has still not arrived, we ask you to first check at your local sorting office and customs where relevant, then please get in touch with us and we will track the item and put in an enquiry to the courier.
A pack will not be considered lost until the following period has elapsed:
- 14 days for the UK
- 21 days for other countries within Europe
- 28 days for all other countries.
