CHRISTMAS 2025

We will be closed between 24th December and 5th January to give our staff a Christmas break. Please allow us a little bit longer than usual to catch up and process Christmas orders on the 5th and 6th January.

ORDERING PROCESSES FOR DIFFERENT COUNTRIES:

ORDERS FROM UK (incl. N.IRELAND):

REGULAR ORDERS FROM UK: You can buy by phone and via all online sites including this website, Ebay, Etsy or Amazon.

BULK ORDERS FROM UK (est. over 10 items): Please contact us by phone or Email for quantity discounts and suitable carriage solutions. 

NORTHERN IRELAND: The Windsor Framework policy requires you to please specifiy if you are a business and, if yes, supply your EORI or VAT number. 

ORDERS FROM EU

 EXCLUDING REPUBLIC OF IRELAND & SPAIN- See unique instructions below. 

We have RESTARTED sales to  the EU however not on this website because it will be easier for you to order on Ebay or Etsy:

ORDERS LESS THAN €150:

Due to VAT changes imposed on 1st July 2021, it will be easier for you to buy through our shops on:  Etsy or Ebay. They are able to offer a smoother process through customs as the marketplaces apply any import duties due in their checkout process and Etsy or Ebay then pay these taxes.

ORDERS OF MORE THAN €150:

You can order by phone, Email, Etsy or Ebay however the custom’s default system applies: Delivered Duties are Unpaid (DDU) - your country's import taxes will be your responsibility to pay and the postal carrier will seek to collect this from you before delivery. Etsy and Ebay do not deal with the duties if the purchase value is over  €150.

However a way around this is  to split up your order into two or more separate orders, so that each order is less than €150 to take advantage of the assisted custom’s system if buying through Etsy or Ebay- as detailed above. 

ORDERS FROM SPAIN

SPAIN are now not accepting our products unless sent via a company in Spain, such as your Veterinarian or via Gibraltar. We have many existing customers in Spain and would be interested if you may like to consider being an agent in Spain to assist with us supplying again in Spain, which we have done without issue for 27 years until mid this year. 

ORDERS FROM REPUBLIC OF IRELAND:

You can order from our website here, by phone, Email, Etsy or Ebay.

Delivery: We are now using AddressPal UK who are part of ROI’s postal service. However for orders over 20kg please contact us as we use a courier. Alternatively, we can post to Northern Ireland / UK if you have someone there who can receive the parcel for you.

REGULAR AND SMALL ORDERS FROM ROI:

We need to ask you to first open an account with AddressPal https://addresspal.anpost.ie/ (which is FOC).You can then order from here, by phone, Email or Etsy.

Delivery address: please use AddressPal’s UK address: AddressPal, The Beacon, Mosquito Way, Hatfield, AL10 9WN, UK, preceded by your name and APW number (this is your AddressPal account number). A benefit to you of this new process is that you will only be charged our UK prices so post from us is FOC.  

Billing address: please use your own ROI address.

Procedure: We will post your parcel to AddressPal UK. AddressPal then prepare the package correctly for ROI customs and ship it there at a flat fee to you of €6.50 per item (up to 20kg max). You will then be contacted (by email or letter) by A.N. Post, Ireland, requesting payment of duties, which you can do on the AN Post website or at your Post Office. Your parcel will then be delivered from ROI customs direct to your ROI address (at a flat fee of €3.90). Duties will not be due via AN Post/customs if buying through Ebay or Etsy as they are applied in the purchase process by these marketplaces.

BULK ORDERS FROM ROI (est. over 10 items): 

Please contact us by phone or Email for quantity discounts and a bespoke quote for courier if over 20kg. The custom’s default system applies: Delivered Duties are Unpaid (DDU) -  your country's import taxes will be your responsibility to pay and the postal carrier will seek to collect this from you before delivery.

REST OF WORLD (ROW) - CUSTOMERS FROM OUTSIDE UK AND EU:

REGULAR ORDERS FROM ROW: 

You can buy Camrosa products direct through this website, by phone, Email, Ebay or Etsy. 

The custom’s default system normally applies for ROW: Delivered Duties are Unpaid (DDU) -  your country's import taxes will be your responsibility to pay and the postal carrier will seek to collect this from you before delivery. However in some cases we do find certain taxes are dealt with on Ebay and Etsy, you will be able to see this on your invoice from the website. If in these cases you are asked for more duties please do alert your customs to any taxes already applied in your purchase. 

BULK ORDERS FROM ROW (est. over 10 items):

ALL USA BUYERS:
Due to changes in the USA regards imports, it is IMPERATIVE that you supply Camrosa with your PHONE NUMBER. Without this we can not post the item to you. We now have to supply it on the booking of the shipping for USA customs.

POSTAL DELAYS:

If your order has not arrived, we ask you to check at your local sorting office and/or customs, failing that, please contact us. A pack will not be considered lost until the following period has elapsed:

• 14 days for the UK
• 21 days for other countries within Europe
• 28 days for all other countries.
