Important information for EU customers & postal delays.

 

 

EU customers:

Due to changes resulting from Brexit and imposed on 1st July 2021 we have decided to stop all direct sales to EU (though this website, by email and phone). Instead we ask you to order through our shops on the following marketplaces: Ebay and Etsy (direct hyperlink onto the words to these shop fronts). These marketplaces apply the vat in checkout that’s due on import into your country and it does not cost you extra and they then take the responsibility of paying your country the vat. As such this should be a smoother process for you. There may still be other fees applied by your country’s customs and sought from you by the postal carrier on import but as these changes are so new, we are not yet certain if there are further custom’s fees when going through these marketplaces.

Customers from all other countries outside the UK and EU:

If you are buying from outside the UK and EU you can still buy Camrosa products direct through this website, by phone or email, but note that Delivered Duties are Unpaid (DDU) -your country's VAT will be your responsibility to pay on import of the parcel whatever its value. The postal carrier will seek to collect this from you with any customs due on import. You may prefer to buy through Ebay or Etsy as some import fees/taxes are handled by them.

Customers buying above value of Euro150 from EU and all other countries outside UK:

Across all platforms and for direct sales, DDU applies - you, the buyer are responsible for paying your country's VAT which will be collected by the postal carrier (with customs duties) from you on import before delivery. 

If buying in bulk you can still contact us (enquiries@camrosa.co.uk) for quantity discounts but again note that DDU will again apply for all exports.

Courier delays:

Delays are being experienced for international parcels due to the multiple changes recently enforced by BREXIT. Your parcel maybe delivered later than initially expected. We are very sorry for this.

We are also sometimes experiencing slightly delayed delivery times in UK. We have been informed this is in relation to the  impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. In some cases parcels are let to sit for a certain amount of time in the delivery process to make sure any contamination has gone. 

Please allow for at least our normal est delivery times. If the order has still not arrived, we ask you to first check at your local sorting office, then please get in touch with us and we will track the item and put in an enquiry to the courier.

A pack will not be considered lost until the following period has elapsed:

  • 14 days for the UK
  • 21 days for other countries within Europe
  • 28 days for all other countries.
